Our yoga classes at Complete Health & Wellbeing are a sanctuary of wellness, offering a plethora of benefits, from increased flexibility and muscle tone to improved sleep, enhanced energy, and vitality.
Each class is designed to suit all levels, from beginners to advanced yogis. Classes are a Vinyasa style, emphasising slow, guided sequential movement harmonised with the breath. You’ll undoubtedly leave our studio feeling energised, with a renewed sense of peace and clarity.
Our yoga instructor, Megan, fell in love with yoga almost a decade ago. It has been a healing experience for her, keeping her grounded and present amidst life’s highs and lows. Post her motherhood, yoga allowed her the space to reconnect with herself. Today, she is thrilled to share her passion for yoga with you at Complete Health & Wellbeing.
To ensure you have the best experience, we recommend you bring a water bottle and a hand towel, and dress in comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. We provide yoga mats, but you’re welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
