What is Clinical Pilates?
Clinical Pilates is a specialised form of pilates created and supervised by our highly qualified physiotherapists. These classes are carefully designed to address specific injuries, movement dysfunction and rehabilitation needs. Unlike traditional pilates at a gym, Clinical pilates incorporates evidence-based exercises to improve strength, flexibility, posture and performance. All our have physiotherapists have extensive experience in injury management and are able to closely assist during you class to ensure you have perfect technique and you get the absolute most of out your clinic pilates sessions.
Here at Complete Health & Wellbeing, we offer a variety of Physio-led Reformer classes catering for all skills and fitness levels!
- Group classes (max 9 people) – larger class with a mix of upper body, lower body and core exercises to keep you strong and flexible. Each class is different to expose you to lots of new movements!
- Rehab classes (max 5 people) – smaller groups where each client has their own personalised program. Perfect for those who are beginners, managing an injury, pregnant/postpartum or just want a little bit of extra support!
