Our strength and conditioning classes are run by one of our qualified physiotherapists, and deliver a comprehensive approach to improving physical fitness while prioritising safety and injury prevention.

To get you started, we’ll book you in for your initial assessment. This is a 45 minute session with one of our physios, to get an idea of where you’re at and your future goals.
What you can expect in an S & C class:
- Tailored Programs: Exercises will be tailored to meet your individual needs, focusing on building strength, endurance, flexibility, and balance.
- Safe Techniques: Emphasis on correct form and techniques to prevent injuries while performing strength exercises.
- Functional Movements: Incorporation of functional movements that mimic daily activities, enhancing overall body mechanics and performance.
- Progressive Overload: Gradual increase in weights and resistance to ensure continuous improvement and adaptation.
- Education: Information on anatomy, biomechanics, and the rationale behind exercises to deepen your understanding of physical fitness.
- Variety of Exercises: A mix of resistance training (using weights, bands, or bodyweight), cardiovascular work, and flexibility training.
- Recovery Techniques: Incorporation of recovery strategies, such as stretching, mobility work, and techniques like foam rolling.
- Group Support: A motivating environment with encouragement from both the instructor and fellow participants.
- Monitoring Progress: Regular check-ins and adjustments to your program based on your progress and feedback.
